NFL Draft Preparation Program

Our NFL combine preparation program is designed to prepare future NFL prospects to be ready for their Combine, Pro Day, and Mini Camp. This intensive program is recommended for athletes who are interested in attention-to-detail training with great measured results, guaranteed.

Our integrated approach uses many training techniques including: Strength, Explosive Power, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, and Nutrition Strategies to create great results and 100% preparation for your journey to the NFL. On average athletes who train with NES Sports decrease their 40 time by 3 tenths of a second or drop 3% body fat.

  • Multidirectional Development: 5-10-5 (Pro Shuttle) and 3 Cone Drill

  • Strength and Power Development: 225 lb. Bench Press, Vertical Jump and Broad Jump
