About NES Sports
PERFORMANCE TRAINING
After ten years of developing athletes for IMG Academies, Velocity Sports Performance, and Integrated Athletic Performance, Ned Simerlein founded NES Sports, with the goal of providing professional quality performance training for athletes who want to take their game to the next level. Since its beginning in 2013, NES Sports Performance has been helping athletes improve their athletic performance by maximizing their genetic potential. His system develops strength, speed, agility, power, and size. Each training session follows a periodized system of training that is sport and position specific to ensure peak growth of an athlete’s genetic code. In lay man’s terms, we use performance training science to get you faster, stronger, and healthier so you are not injured or overtrained on gameday. NES Sports has built its reputation on getting athletes where they want to be physically. Whether it’s the upcoming high school season, college recruitment, or preparation for the draft NES Sports gets results.
